I think that dharoking monsters is the best way to kill them... for example bandos you can hit alot on him with dharok because he uses a healing magic that deals like 15 damage all the time. you can also dharok the dagannoth rex because he also has alot of hp. Heres the dharok set The npc that sells dharok set is Thessalia,shes inside the edgeville bank

You mean Which npc are good to max hit with Dharok?

not really,i mean that you can hit like 80+ on bandos and if he has like 165 hp thats almost 2 hit?
